For years, I heard or read about the role of journaling in the lives of the mega successful. But I always thought of journaling like what I did as a kid, writing about everything that happened in my life in my Lisa Frank diary.
It wasn’t until I learned about this type of journaling that I realized the power it truly had to change lives.
Journaling through writing prompts, like in this workbook, allows you to literally alter your reality.
This process happens through manifestation. Basically, the thoughts we have over and over create our belief system and “mindset”. This happens the most rapidly when we have a strong emotion behind those thoughts.
Writing by hand correlates directly with the brain, allowing us to learn what it is we are writing. Therefore, when we are writing about the reality we want to create, we are programming our brain for it.
We can literally rewrite our belief system this way.
By rewriting our beliefs, we can override limiting beliefs that get in our way and hold us back.
Over time, we start to realize that our thoughts coming through sound a lot different. They sound more and more like the reality we are creating through journaling.
